Sunday we embraced the autumn chill and went for a walk around Brooklyn Bridge Park.
For now, here's a link round-up:
- One of my law school professors, Bryan Stevenson, was on The Daily Show last week to promote his new book. He is genius and amazing and because this is relevant to that, I'm linking again to Ta'Nehisi Coates's brilliant article on reparations. Everything he says is right.
- Halloween is almost upon us! This tea towel adds the perfect creepy touch to your kitchen, and these pumpkins are too fabulous. Plus, how cute are these minis in their little hipster costumes?
- Meanwhile, Refinery29 has a slideshow up on making Halloween costumes out of pieces you already (theoretically) own. I don't have some of the items, but I am loving the Daria costume. (Refinery29 also has a hilarious article up on problems with the latest Hermes bags.)
- The Atlantic says coffee is good for you. Phew.
